    Vuplus Uno 4k SE
I have Initialized and mounted a HDD and USB flash without any error,
but still get a error message when I try to record as shown below:
"No HDD found or HDD not Initialized"
    Original Vuplus image.

I have the very latest Uno 4K SE model.
Running with original Vu+ Uno 4K SE image that came with the unit.
How can I change the Recording Path.
    Setup mode set to Expert

Vuplus Uno 4k SE Status with original Vuplus software.
I am now able to record and playback even UHD 4k, if I put a HDD into to the HDD case at the back.
    Recording Paths
    Default movie location /hdd/movie/
Timer record location <default movie location>
Instant record location <default movie location>
    Timeshift location /media/hdd/

I have configured Tuner A to Astra 28.2e as a single satellite.
    Tuner B as simple
    Diseqc A/B/C/D
    Port A SES 5 / Astra 4A 4.9e
    Port B Hotbird 13.0e
    Port C Astra 19.2e
    Port D Astra 3B 23.5e

Scanning finds all Services except for satellite 23.5e which is null.
The same configuration on a Vuplus Zero finds all services on 23.5e.

    Check your satellites.xml file.
Have you tried the 23.5E co-ax in a different port, on your Diseqc switch, or preferably directly into your receiver?
How are you scanning in the channels?

    1. I am not sure how to check the satellites.xml file
    2. No. If I move the Diseqc output from Uno 4k se to a zero receiver, then the 23.5e is OK!
    3. Manual scan.

Try using the signal finder option, in the tuner menu.
The only way you are going to sort this is to check everything, do not take it as automatic that just because it works on the VU+ Zero it will work on the VU+ Uno 4k, it should do but it's always best to check.
Is your VU+ Zero running original firmware?
You can view the satellites.xml file by using Filezilla.
Connect Filezilla, to your receiver, using the receivers IP address, on your PC, username is root and the password left blank..
On the right hand side, of the PC screen, you should be able to see all the files, on your VU+.
Click the + sign, navigate to the etc folder, and locate satellites.xml.
Copy this file to your PC, by right clicking on it, and download, preferably to your desktop, so it's easier to find, then open it with Office Excel, or other program, and check the 23.5E listings.

Thank you ever so much for all your help.
Attached please find satellites.xml for my zero & uno 4k se.
The satellites.xml for uno is about 1/3 the size of satellites.xml for zero.

I cannot upload the 2 files with .xml extension, therefore I have used .txt as extension.
Please rename the files to .xml if you would like to read the files.

The Uno file looks out of date.
I quickly viewed 23.5E 11739 and noticed it has a symbol rate of 27500 listed, whereas the S/R, (Symbol Rate), is now 29900, check the link, it also seems to be missing frequencies:
    Code:
    https://www.lyngsat.com/Astra-3B.html

I have updated my Uno with the latest satellites.xml from your link.
When I do a scan of tuner B with the 4 satellites connected to via Diseqc
I can see each satellite & all the channels including 23.5e.
Later when I press the TV button and then the green round button to see all the satellites
    I can only see 5.0e, 13.0e, 19,2e. 23.5e missing.

I have now updated to the latest Vuplus image for Uno 4k SE.
    Did a full scan for tuner A & B.
I can still see each satellite & all the channels including 23.5e during the scan,
but no data found only for 23.5e
