dreambox live/vu player app for iphone 3gs

Hi all
i have set up dreambox live/Vu+player so i can access it from outside my home network, i can see my bouquets and can access my harddrive to watch recorded stuff, but the problem is that i cant watch tv it comes up as 'contention failed Maybe all tuners are occupied' i have checked to see if anything is recording and it is not so am a bit lost.
i have checked the recommend settings dreambox live website give for on FAQ asked but notting app is working on my home network wifi. i have permanent time shift function addon enabled would his matter as it would be using hard drive
