i have problem with my uno se 4k 4.4.01 ,i update last night but still show 4.4.01 and i reinstall image few time and online update still same

I am not talking about the release number but about strange things for example yesterday the PIP was activated by itself and there was no way to delete it, I had to turn it off from behind then again in a channel change it restarted by itself this I meant by strange things.
Before the last update no problem.
